FAQ Delivery and Pickup

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

At Asian Import, we ensure safe and careful delivery of all our products. As our assortment ranges from small gemstones to large garden statues, we use two types of shipping.

📦 1. Parcel Shipping (smaller items)

For small to medium items that can be shipped via standard parcel services.

  • Examples: gemstones, singing bowls, small statues
  • Shipping via parcel services (PostNL, Bpost, DPD…)
  • Belgium: €8 – Free from €50
  • Netherlands: €12 – Free from €100
  • France: €12 – Free from €100
Important info:
  • Delivery within 2–3 working days
  • You will always receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment
  • Items are delivered to your door via standard parcel services

🧱 2. Pallet Shipping (large or heavy items)

Large garden statues, heavy wood carvings or other bulky items not suitable for parcel shipping.

  • Belgium: €90 – Free from €500
  • Netherlands: €110 – Free from €600
  • France: Pallet delivery not available
  • Multiple items on one pallet? Same cost as long as everything fits
Important info:
  • Delivery up to driveway/door — driver arrives with truck but does not place items inside
  • Ensure the delivery address is suitable for a truck (width, slope, narrow street)
  • Delivery time: you can contact the transport company by phone for an estimate of the exact time
  • Damage or problems? Report within 24 hours on the delivery note with photos
  • Multiple items can be shipped on one pallet for the same cost as long as everything fits
  • Delivery time: 3–4 working days

📍 Pickup

Select "Pickup" at checkout and come to our store/warehouse during opening hours (Wed–Sat 10:00-12:00 & 14:00-18:00) or by appointment.

❗ Important

  • Indicate difficult access (narrow street, construction…) when ordering
  • Delivery to driveway/door only (no installation inside)

🌍 Worldwide Shipping

Delivery outside Belgium, Netherlands, and France is possible. Contact us for a personalized quote. Shipping costs depend on the product, weight, and volume of the package, as well as the destination country.

📜 Right of Withdrawal (EEA only)

You have 14 days to change your mind for orders within the European Economic Area (EEA). Notify us by email and return items to:

Conditions: unused, undamaged, and in original state. Refund within 14 days after approval. Exceptions: used/damaged products, custom-made, special orders, and gift cards. Return costs are borne by the customer.
