At Asian Import, we pay exceptional attention to packaging and protection. Every product — from small gemstones to heavy garden statues — is professionally, securely and safely packed.
We use adapted protective materials (shock-absorbing materials, reinforcements, pallet fixation if necessary) so that your order arrives safely, stable and undamaged.
📦 Parcel Shipping
For small to medium-sized items such as gemstones, singing bowls, incense and decorative items.
- Belgium: €8 – Free from €75
- The Netherlands: €12 – Free from €125
- France: €12 – Free from €125

We also ship outside Belgium, The Netherlands and France. Shipping costs depend on destination, weight and volume.

Pallet deliveries are no longer available. Large and heavy products can only be collected from our showroom.
🧱 Pallet Shipping (no longer offered from 01/02/2026)
For large or heavy garden statues and bulky products that cannot be shipped via parcel service.
- Belgium: €90 – Free from €500
- The Netherlands: €110 – Free from €600
- France: Pallet delivery not available

✔ Delivery to driveway or front door (no installation)

📍 Showroom Collection
Collection is possible during opening hours (Wednesday to Saturday – 10:00–12:00 & 14:00–18:00) or by appointment.
Ideal if you want to personally view larger pieces or prefer to take your purchase with you.
📜 Right of Withdrawal (EEA)
Customers within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days after receipt.
- Product unused, undamaged and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense
- Refund within 14 days after inspection
