FAQ Delivery and Pickup

At Asian Import, we ensure a safe and reliable delivery of your order. Since our product range includes both small decorative items and large (garden) statues, we use two different shipping methods.

Here’s a simple explanation:

📦 1. Parcel Shipping (smaller products)

• Examples: gemstones, singing bowls, smaller statues,…
• Shipped via parcel services (PostNL, Bpost, DPD…)
• Shipping cost Belgium: €9 – Free from €80
• Shipping cost Netherlands: €12 – Free from €100

🧱 2. Pallet Shipping (large and/or heavy products)

• Examples: large garden statues, heavy wooden carvings,…
• For products too large and/or heavy for parcel shipping → pallet shipping is used!
• Shipping cost Belgium: €95 – Free from €500
• Shipping cost Netherlands: €110 – Free from €600
• Ordering multiple statues? The shipping cost remains the same as long as everything fits on one pallet!

📦 No pallet shipping to France

Unfortunately, pallet shipping to France is not available due to high shipping costs.

🌍 International Orders?

We can ship smaller items worldwide via parcel services. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

📍 Local Pickup?

Select "Pickup" at checkout and visit our store/warehouse. This is possible during our opening hours (Wed to Sat; 10am–12pm & 2pm–6pm) or by appointment.

🕒 Delivery Time?

• Parcel Shipping: approx. 2–3 business days
• Pallet Shipping: approx. 3–4 business days

Is your location hard to reach (e.g. narrow street, roadworks,...)? Please mention this when placing your order.
